Meal draw entries

When a draw is open, we collect your name, email address or telephone number, accepted draw terms, entry records and the time you entered. We use these details to administer the draw, enforce its entry limit and contact the winner. Your contact details and the winner’s contact details are accessible only through the owner area.

If you request an entry for a donation, the owner records the donation transaction reference and a verification note. Donations take place with the selected fundraising provider; this website does not receive card or bank details. Free entries and donation entries share the published limit.

We process entry details to carry out the draw terms and use proportionate security records to protect the service and prevent duplicate or abusive requests. Draw-specific retention arrangements appear in the published draw terms. We retain records needed to administer the prize and resolve related enquiries; contact us to ask about or request deletion of your records.

Optional news and offers

The separate, unticked consent box records whether you would like restaurant news and offers. Consent is optional and does not affect your entry or chance of winning. You can withdraw it by contacting the restaurant. The website does not send marketing messages automatically.

Hosting and owner access

The site is hosted by Vercel. When connected, Turso stores the blog, charity and draw records; Vercel Blob stores uploaded images; and Descope verifies owner sign-in. These providers process information needed to deliver and secure their services. Hosting and authentication may involve processing outside the UK under the providers’ applicable data protection arrangements.

We use a short-lived security record based on a hash of the network address to limit repeated requests. Owner sign-in uses a code delivered to the authorised email account. We do not ask the owner to share an email password.

External services

Booking, ordering, fundraising, reviews and social links open external services with their own privacy notices. Google Maps loads only after you choose “Show location map”.

Your choices

You can ask to access, correct or delete your information, restrict or object to its use where applicable, and withdraw marketing consent. Contact the restaurant using the address above. You can also raise a concern with the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.
